Imcon Academy
Learning in all its guises is a transformative experience. This can be at its best when mediated in-person. However, this is not always possible for reasons of geography or cost. Even when in-person engagement is practicable, it can often be powerful to supplement this with sustained learning engagement through access to sophisticated learning resources to deepen and embed learning.
In order to provide accessible and engaging routes into Imcon’s capacity building and leadership development resources, Imcon deploys its own dedicated learning portal – Imcon Academy.
EdTech solutions are, in themselves, not sufficient to achieve transformative learning. However, when coupled with learning content which is framed within a nuanced and holistic talent development framework, and designed creatively to engage and captivate, it can become a powerful capacity building tool. Such is Imcon Academy. The opportunity to combine this with interventions such as coaching or action learning provides lasting leadership transformation.
Built on a class-leading architecture, Imcon Academy provides sophisticated and engaging learning approaches in both mobile and desktop environments with collaboration tools, AI features and extensive reporting facilities. This can be provided directly to individual users, or to organisations in a turnkey format to enable low-cost, resource-free deployment.
In addition to Imcon’s in-person learning provision, our bespoke learning can be delivered through the portal in synchronous, asynchronous or hybrid formats. Imcon Academy also provides a licensed route into over 48,000 professional courses in multiple languages.
